History of Our Facility:

The original Lee Family Clinic was located at the corner of 16th and University Street. The structure was a wood framed, brick veneered building composed of 2500 square feet. It had two doctor’s offices and six exam rooms, a small lab and small x-ray facility.

In 1982, the original structure was remodeled and an additional 2500 square feet of space was added. There was then, 5,000 square feet of space, with four doctor offices. As the clinic grew, bathrooms were converted to office space. (Small offices). The planning process for a new building was started in 1989 and continued through 1994. The construction of the existing structure began in February 1995 and was completed in September 1995.

The clinic, now located at 1610 W. University, utilizes 17,900 square feet on the lower level. A portion of the upper level was leased to MCSO for their Home Health Care unit. On the lower level there are eight doctor offices, 24 treatment rooms, three procedure / emergencies rooms, a modern lab and X-ray facilities. On the second floor there are 6 treatment rooms, billing offices, and a conference room. Bone densitometry, modern computer and telephone systems enhance our ability to communicate with our patients effectively and assist us in providing optimal care.

Exit on US-70 East, toward Ardmore/Madill, Exit 29

Turn Left on US-70 East (Approximately 22 miles to Madill, OK)

In Madill, US-70 E slightly turns right, stay on US-70 E (Approximately 27 miles to Durant, OK)

Entering Durant on Main St, turn left on Washington Ave. (Approximately 2 miles to Washington Ave.)

Turn Left on University Blvd. (Approximately 1 miles to University Blvd.)
